Born in Medan in 1968, earned bachelor’s Degrees from the University of North Sumatera, Faculty of Arts, English, and the University of Nommensen, Faculty of Economics, Management Major. He was experienced in the insurance industry for more than 25 years, both in insurance companies and Insurance Brokers, managing corporate or Retail Accounts, and developing new businesses. Has extensive relations with Brokers and Underwriters. The founder of GarudaRe, he is the leading GarudaRe President Director since May 2016 to date.
FRANCISCUS RIZA FARIAL ZAINUDDIN (FERRY)
Drs, MM, AAAI-K, QIP, CRGP
Born in Pekanbaru in 1958, received a bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) majoring in Statistics, and Magister Management Degree in Statistics, and Magister Management Degree from Prasetiya Mulya Business School, majoring in International Management. Experienced in the insurance industry for more than 35 years in both insurance and Reinsurance Companies and Brokers such as Tugu Reasuransi Indonesia, Asuransi Bintang, and K.M. Dastur & Company Private Limited. The co-founder of GarudaRe, he is serving as Operational Director since January 2018 to date.
RINA NUZULIA

Born in Jakarta 1979, she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the College of Economics Muhammadiyah (STIEM) and graduated from the insurance Academy of Trisokti (AKASTRI), majoring in general insurance.
Her career started in Jasindo in 1997 and She gathered many experiences from insurance and Reinsurance companies such as Zurich Insurance, LIG Insurance Company (KB Insurance) KSK insurance, Asoko Mos, Sompo Insurance Indonesia, and Simas Re Broker. A meticulous person, she joined GarudaRe in September 2019 and was appointed as Associate Director in 2022.
DADALI

Born in Cirebon 1978, he received Bachelor Degree in Economics from Insurance Academy of Trisakti (AKASTRI), majoring in General Insurance.
Such a critical thinker man, he started his career in 1996 and expanded his Insurance, Finance and Administration Management skills in several Insurance Companies and Binagriya Upakara Insurance, Brokers such as Aegis Insurance, Sompo Japan Insurance, KSK Insurance, Simas Re Broker and Tugure. He joined GarudaRe in October 2020 and was appointed as Associate Director in 2022.
WAWAN HERMAWAN
S, E., AAAIK ASSOCIATE
Born in Kuningan in 1967, he received a bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Perbanas institute, majoring in Financial Management.
Started his career in 1993 and developed his financial and luxation expertise in several insurance Brokers and companies such as AON Indonesia, Asrinda Arthasangga, and QBE Pool insurance (Greot Eastern General insurance). He joined GarudaRe in August 2016 and was appointed as Associate Director in 2022.
RIVAI HOLONG SIREGAR

Born in Jakarta 1969, he received a bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Christion University Indonesia (UKl).
His career in Banking & Finance started as Operation Manager at Bank Sukapura, in 1989, Finance Manager in PT. Cahaya Laju Abadi, 1997, General Manager in PT Trimitra Hamparan Berkat, 2000 and Vice President of PT Promanindo Antar Bahari, 2011. He switched to an insurance Business as Director in PT. Paragon Reinsurance Brokers,2003, and joined GarudaRe as Associate Director in January 2017.
